Cannot sync fitbit charge 2 with My Fitness Pal app on my Moto G Plus (Android version 7.0)

Welcome to the Forums @merisue.

 

I'll be moving your thread to the Third-Party integrations board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

In this case, it is important to mention that Fitbit products do not sync with other apps besides the Fitbit app so it is not possible for your Charge 2 to sync with MFP. In this case what you have to do is to sync your Fitbit to your Fitbit app and connect your Fitbit account to MFP.
