My Fitbit 4 was synching with Noom until 3 months ago. It no longer tracks. I have spoken with Noom's Technical Team and done everything to get it to work. Noom finally shared that they are aware in a glitch the may have taken place during the last software update for Fitbit 4. It's extremely disappointing.
I am curious if anyone has identified a way to get them synced again?
