The Jiff account wont activate.

I just got my Fitbit Charge 2 and I have problem signing in the Jiff app. I did make an account before through which I bought the Fitbit Charge 2 and states that the username or password is incorrect. When getting that screen I decided to try making a new account, which pops-ups a screen saying, Whoops, something didn't match. Make sure entered is correct and contact Jiff Support below if you're still having trouble. Do any of you know the solution?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @ShikhaMandhania. It's great to have you here. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to provide assistance regarding Jiff app, however I've found this article with useful instructions that might get you back on track.

 

Since Jiff is not an officially supported app, if you need further assistance it will be necessary getting in touch with them. You can reach Jiff customer support at the bottom of the above link.
