Hi all - new here, just purchased the Aria scales plus two Charge HR devices for myself and my wife.
Currently I am using My Fitness Pal to track my food and I also have a Suunto Ambit 3 for exercise.
Looking at the Fitbit dashboard it seems quite comprehensive on data so I'd like to get answers on two qustions please.
1) Should I ditch MFP and enter all tracked food into fitbit directly?
2) If I enter my workout data from Movescount (Suunto's software) will it override the activity recorded by the Charge HR thus prevent doubling up of exercise data?
Thanks in advance for your time and input 🙂
Pete

I use MFP for all my food because the database is much more extensive.
I'm assuming your other app syncs to MFP which then would sync to Fitbit. If this is the case, then yes, the MFP data will overwrite Fitbit data during this time and you will not get double-counting.

Welcome to the Community @Pete_IMPACT! I'd like to know if @MakMak's was the response you were looking for. MFP will transfer food and activities to Fitbit. If it was the response, feel free to mark @MakMak's as Solution.
Good luck!
