Third-Party Integration Help

I am trying to sync my fitbit data with Humana Health Insurance's wellness program - Go365.  I have weeks of workout data to transfer to this program that will help my employer save money on the health insurance premium, but I've been told that the only information that fitbit will share is the number of steps I take.  That is useless to me as I do aerobic exercise at home and it doesn't involve taking steps.  I am also the Executive Director where I work and make the decisions about health insurance coverage - I was planning to have our agency purchase a fitbit for each of the employees that is enrolled in our health insurance program so that they could also track their efforts in wellness and contribute toward health insurance premium savings (up to 15%) if they reach certain goals.  This is something that is un-achievable without the ability to track actual workout data.  Fitbit is a useless tool to this agency unless that data can be transferred and acredited to myself and our staff's wellness efforts!

Hello @kanoepaddler, thank you for joining us here in our Fitbit Community and thank you for your feedback. Note that this integration and the information it shares between both account is not our initiative. Since the integration is developed by a third party, in this case Humana Health. They decide which information will be share from Fitbit to their services.

For additional questions I recommend to contact their Customer Support team for more details about their plans with the integration and new updates.

See you around and thank you for your comments.

I was told today that Fitbit is only sending the heartrate average for the day and not the data for heartrate the whole day so they cannot give points for activity using Go365 unless Fitbit sends more data to Humana. Apparently Garmin, Polar, and Expresso with Garmin being the only one that sends both heartrate and steps to Humana.
