Hi! That link to compatible third-party apps seems to be broken. Is there an updated one? Thank you!

Hi @mgasque. Welcome to the forums. @LZeeW Thanks for the heads up!

@mgasque Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry that third party integration link isn't working correctly. I've forwarded this to our team and they're looking into this. In the meantime, I'd suggest getting in touch with the developer of the app so you can receive more details about how to connect that app with Fitbit. To find the app developer's contact information, please visit the app store on your phone and see the app's description.

Hi,

Can we know when this is going to be fixed ? I want to integrate Fitbit Healthyfime which has a connector to fitbit, but fitbit seems to generate an unauthorised error when trying to integrate..

Hi @valar11. Welcome to the forums.

Thanks for joining this thread and sharing these details with me. Let me explain that the partnership page that lists some of the apps can integrate with Fitbit isn't currently working and this has already been reported to our team. However, the process to sync with other apps shouldn't be interfered as long as they're supported.

Because Healthifyme is a third-party app, my best suggestion is to get in touch with them to receive more details about how to connect with Fitbit. Usually, the app developer's contact information can be found in the app's description in either the app store of your mobile device.

This doesn’t help. It’s been 11 months just fix the broken link?? Super frustrating.

Hi @LizzyFitbit, and thanks for forwarding the issue! I’m sorry I am just now replying; my email notifications were going to spam.

I was hoping to use the list fo find an app that could help me sync data to a 3rd app. I would like to be able to use the list at that URL to see what good options may be.

Do you have an estimate on when this link may be working?

Thank you!

It’s December 2021. MONTHS since this was brought to someone’s attention.

It needs attention. NOW.  and it doesn’t appear to be even a minor priority.

I’m on my 4th Fitbit and I pay for premium membership. We all paid “$omeTHING” to use this device and services.

Is it really asking too much for this to be addressed?

Hi there, @mgasque and @SunnyPhx@DodoBirdMama Welcome on board.

To prevent any confusion, I moved your posts to this new thread since the issues with the third-party apps link started a few weeks ago. In case you're referring to the integration with Samsung Health, this isn't yet possible. However, you can follow the advice shared in this post and vote for the suggestions posted in the Feature Suggestions board, which is the best place to bring new ideas that you wish to see in the future.

That being said, because the partnership page is no longer available, I'd recommend checking this help article which provides steps to sync with some third-party apps. If you're using a different app and you want to know if an integration with Fitbit exists, please get in touch with the developer of that app so you can receive more details. To find their contact information, visit the app store on your phone and see the app's description.

See you around.
