I share this, maybe can be useful:

I have a Beurer BF700 and I develop a software to synchronize the data from Excel to Fitbit, using the Fitbit Web API. The Excel file is generated by the “Beurer HealthManager” Windows software, but basically it contain:

- Column A: date -> cell format must be “Date”;
- Column B (optional): time -> cell format should be "Custom" with "hh:mm:ss" value, or "General";
- Column C: weight (kg) -> cell format should be “Number” or "General";
- Column D (optional): fat (%) -> cell format should be “Number” or "General".

Requirements:
- Windows with .NET Framework 4.6;
- May require administrative rights (right click => run as administrator).

Download link: http://bit.ly/beu2fit

Note: Fitbit limit the Web API usage every hour. You may need to run the app few times on different houres if you have many data. The app will synchronize only the remaining data. You can see the usage limit on the settings (gear icon) of my app.

Hello @MadsM and welcome to our community. When Fitbit communicate with a third party integration to share information between the two apps it should exist a bond with both of your accounts. However I haven't seen this third party has available an integration with Fitbit, so in other words is not possible to transfer this information. If you need to know more about the available integrations supported by Fitbit, please visit: https://www.fitbit.com/partnership

See you around in the community.

If you have an iPhone, you can synchronize your data from "Beurer HealthManager" app to "Apple Health". On HealthManager, enable the option under Settings.

Then with the "Sync Solver - Health to Fitbit" app, you can synchronize from "Apple Health" to Fitbit.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for your help and reply, but unfortunatly my Beurer BG900 weight does not work with the "Beurer HealthManager". The Beurer BG900 weight is to old and is not avalable for syncing with the app.. What I tried asking fibit was if it is possible to import data from a ecxel sheet as the old website that my beurer weight uses has an option to export all of the data to an excel sheet...?

WOW! Thank you Mark. I will try this as soon as possible and give you an update on how it went!

If it does not work, is may due to the fact, that Beurer website generate Excel files formatting as text the date and the time cell. By changing them in Excel, it should work. That’s required in order to read the data behind the different regional format.

Hi Save,

I sent you a private message.

Update:

PLEASE NOTE

HealthManager Web

Currently, the Excel files generated by the https://connect.beurer.com/HealthManager/ website, have problems. The date aren’t always correct, sometimes day and month are inverted. And the cells aren’t properly formatted. Beurer is aware of the issue.

HealthManager Software for Windows

For the owner of a Beurer device compatible with HealthManager, an alternative is to use the Windows software. As isn’t much user-friendly, I wrote the quick manual “How to safety export your Beurer weigth data to Excel” available from: http://bit.ly/beu2fit

HealthManager app for Smartphone

Eventually, you can also export the data to PDF, using the Beurer HealthManager app for smartphone.

Beu2Fit

Then, you can use the exported file - doesn't require any change - to upload your data to Fitbit using Beu2Fit (also available from http://bit.ly/beu2fit).

Best Regards Smiley Wink

Hello again Mark,

I have finally gotten the time to sit down and try this. My Problem is that I use a different beurer site to manage my account and it makes a different setup on the excell sheet and I am having problems changing it so your program accepts it. Do you have an exampel excell sheet I can use a guide? My beurer weight is unfortunatly not compatible with the health manager.. 😞

hi,

i found this topic by googling about syncing beurer scale infos to google fit. I was trying to develop something similar to your Beu2Fit for my BF480, but using Google Fit API's in JAVA, for desktop use. First problem was about getting data and I found that all the infos are stored in a MDB file under %APPDATA% folder (if you need mode info write me in private). Second problem was about sending data somewhere else (but is OT as it's about google fit). My final goal is to extract data directly from the scale but this requires too much effort in USB reverse enginnering and stuff (and yes is OT.. sorry). Maybe my solution to get data without exporting excel file can be useful to improve your Beu2Fit, let me know

Hi Anxdroid, thanks for your kind collaboration, that’s interesting! But unfortunately currently I can’t dedicate much time on this project. Maybe a little further! In any case, I think that first is required a written consent from Beurer, otherwise I can't consider to share it.

Thanks Asmrussel for your feedback!

If you installed WeightHub 0.1.0, please update to 0.1.1, due to this vulnerability: https://nodejs.org/en/blog/vulnerability/september-2017-path-validation/

Hi Mark,

Thanks for developing this solution!

Are you still actively supporting the app? I have a problem using it in Linux. I try to sync a file I've downloaded from my Beurer account to sync it to Google Fit or Fitbit. The file loads without a problem, I can see all the data from the file in WeightHub. Then I click continue and there's a message what will be uploaden. In the final step I get an error "The operation failed."

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

All help appreciated!

Hi Dajohn,

Yes, I still support the app, but I have limited time to dedicate.
I tested it on Ubuntu x64, with your general settings (as showed on the picture), and I was able to synchronize the measurements. So, unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce the issue.

Which OS are you using? Under 32 or 64 bit?

Thanks!
