Trouble linking Lose It and Fitbit Zip

I have the Fitbit Zip and have paid for the premium Lose It account.  When I log into my Lose It account both online and on my iPhone, it says that I have successfully linked Lose It with Zip.  However, I cannot get today's calories consumed to transfer from my Lose It app to either my Fitbit account online or the Fitbit app.  The Lose It website says to wait at least 15 minutes but it's been close to an hour.  How do I get the information to transfer?  I prefer to use the Lose It app for the calorie tracking and would like to get it to transfer to the Fitbit.  That's the only reason I paid for the premium lose it account.

Hi there @erinak03 - Welcome to Fitbit Community! And I'm sorry that your post went without a response for so long.

Currently, you can sync food from LoseIt to Fitbit, this may be the reason why you don't see your complete calorie estimation on your LoseIt account. You can sync from Fitbit to LoseIt your calories and aria measurements. It's better if you log your activities and sync your tracker with Fitbit and the calories should sync to LoseIt.
