Super frustrated with syncing Versa 2 steps with Noom. Does anyone have any suggestions? Trying everything even deleting & re uploading the apps. Help!

Hi, I have recently joined Noom and have the same issue. Fit bit and Noom don’t sync. Not sure why but Noom can’t solve it either.
