I am having great difficulty with my Fitbit automatically syncing to the Strava app. I have tried EVERYTHING suggested here and on the Strava website. It used to work! What could have happened to change this?
---
To clarify, my watch IS syncing to the Fitbit app on my phone. BUT the app isn't automatically syncing to Strava app, but it used to! Not sure why it stopped

Hi Everyone!
I'm glad to inform you that we've made some updates to the Strava integration that should address issues with workouts syncing between the apps.
Additional Troubleshooting Steps (if needed): Make sure your Fitbit and Strava accounts are connected, please check that you see Fitbit listed under "Manage apps and devices" in Strava settings on the Strava app and ensure that Strava is also listed in the Fitbit app.

I had this exact same thing happen. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and it worked. It still delays recording my strava activities but eventually does sync. But i literally had the same thing happen as you are describing. Several things about this app have started to go awry so hopefully they resolve them soon!!!

Let me also add that although uninstalling and reinstalling helped my straava sync to fitbit, it does NOT sync FROM my fitbit TO my strava, which it used to. It's frustrating to have to manually track on multiple apps to get what I need out of my workouts though.

i'm glad we arent alone - its very frustrating though. when i work out, outside, i end up having to run 3 different GPS apps because none of them are trustworthy enough 😞

I am having the SAME ISSUE and have contacted FITBIT several times to troubleshoot. No answer. I also contacted STRAVA as well. It's definitely a FITBIT issue since the app pushes the data and notifications into STRAVA. So frustrating to have to manually record data into strava for gps workouts, not to mention I can only find a reliable route through strava. After 10 years of being a loyal fitbit customer, it almost time to make the switch. It appears that the fitbit syncing to stRAVA issue worked fine up until January of this year.....
