UHC Motion Program Integration and Device App

I joined the UHC Motion Program with their initial offer of a Fitbit Inspire HR, later upgrading to an Inspire 2, which had a superior screen, and I was more careful to not scratch it like my first one (it's been a few years since I wore a watch, so I'd gotten careless with where I put myarms, I suppose). I eventually treated myself to a Versa Lite, and was sad to see that I could not download the UHC app to the device for real time information on the various target goals. But I'm still earning credit through my initial account arrangement with the new device. So I'm only slightly inconvenienced by the device not supporting the UHC app, and I enjoy the Versa Lite quite a lot otherwise. Is the Versa Lite separate from the rest of the Versa line? I've seen several posts about the Versa 2 and others regretting its lack of connectivity to the UHC program, but unless I am mistaken, the program connects to your fitbit account, regardless of what device you're using. So I know we are presently unable to integrate with the app for real time progress (the part I miss most about my Inspire devices) but I am still participating in the program and earning the same HSA rewards with the Versa Lite.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @FreakyLittleHam. Thank you for sharing your UHC inquiry. The program should  work with any Fitbit device.

Please contact your HR in order to have more information about the program.

Keep on visiting the forums.
