I just switched to UHC and was glad to see their wellness program but then got disappointed to see Fitbit Versa and Sense both are not part of the program. My family chose Fitbit over apple. we bought our devices just few months back. I just called Fitbit but of no use. I see many posts about same issue back from last couple of years. But answer I got was mine was the first call they ever got. The supervisor told me I should have checked with my insurance before buying Fitbit product. I would have definitely gotten apple watch if I had UHC that time. Did you ever get any response from Fitbit when they are adding these devices to their program. I don't want activity tracker and also that would mean 100s of dollars we spent on smart watches will be of no use.
The fact that supervisor told me no one ever called about this and unless there are many many ppl calling, they wont take any further action make me think does Fitbit even know about this issue at all? If you participated in motion program, did you switch you device? was that only option?

Apparently @hipriyanka and @SunsetRunner. with UHC motion it works slightly different in that fitbit has to setup the tracker before it can be added. The Charge 3 is the latest device that works with UHC Motion.

Hi @hipriyanka - I have no personal experience with UHC linking to a Fitbit device but I did find this link to - What should I know about using my Fitbit Tracker with the UHC Motion program. With any third party, it’s up to them to set up their app to work with Fitbit, so it may be best to contact UHC directly. I found a phone number (855-256-8669) and a link to their “Contact Us” page.
Hope this helps. If you come up with a solution, please post it here so others may benefit.
