I followed prompts from UHC app and was sent to my Fitbit app (I already have a Fitbit account and a Charge 4) where I was prompted to transition to my Google account. I said no to that, because I don’t have a Google account at this time.
After that my app worked exactly as usual, no opportunity to enter UHC credentials for the promised free Premium subscription.
Is Fitbit going to require a Google account in order to access this benefit?

I have a Fitbit Charge 4. I have Renew Active and have not been able to get the free Fitbit Premium. I spent a lot of time with UHC and then they passed me over to Fitbit support. My case has been escalated at Fitbit. Today Fitbit tech had me try a notification o my iphone14 "Continue Activating your Fitbit Care membership in the app." I clicked this notice then it said Failed to Load "Fitbit care onboarding can't connect right now. Please try again later". I've passed these details on to my case with Fitbit supoport. Btw: I have the standard Fitbit login (not using googleacct).

I also had that issue. I simple downloaded chrome and set up a free Gmail. Was able to sign in since Google has now taken over Fitbit and gave me my free premium back. So even on I pad or Iphone you can sign in with Google. I just wish they offered free device as mine has broken. Hope that helps
