@Dorkboy20 A warm welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed in my reply.

Thanks for getting in touch about this. I would like you to confirm you're doing this procedure to connect Fitbit and MyFitnessPal:

  1. Log in to your account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration, such as MyFitnessPal, Endomondo, or Runkeeper.
  2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.

Please let me know if you're receiving any error message when linking your accounts.

Let me know the outcome.

When I go under my Fitbit app, then I go under account/compatible Apps/ select MyFitnessPal under compatible apps and on that page there is no option to connect? what should I select next to sync myFitnessPal data to my Fitbit app?

@Coolrips Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I would like you to make sure MyFitnessPal app is installed on your phone, you'll get the option to link them both if it's installed.

Also, you have the option to link both accounts from your online Dashboard, follow this procedure.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
