I was having trouble connecting my Fitbit to the Personify Pulse app. On the Fitbit side it said the app was connected. On the Personify app I was getting a pop up that 'something went wrong'. When trying to connect the Fitbit at first, I didn't want to give access to all of the options and was only checking the activity and exercise box and this wasn't working. After trying a few different boxes I was able to get a connection by clicking the activity and exercise box, device box, and profile box. Hope this helps
