good afternoon.
Few weeks ago i bought the fitbit charge 3.
I am using the menzis samengezond app on my iphone latest ios release.
I have the option the menzis app to make a link with fitbit account.
When i do that i am able to login to my fitbit account and then the net screen i can select what i want to sync and then when ip press in allow i am getting the following error in the Api.mywellbeingsolution.com
{"error":"forbidden"}
I am already in contact with the developor from Menzis samengezond app, but no success so far.
It looks like that somewhere in the api it goes wrong.
When i use Runkepper i can link my account with not problem.
Please advise.
Regards Davy

I was finally able to workaround the problem.
I installed the menzis app on a android phone and created the link with fitbit.
The app will take over this setting automatically when you start it on the Iphone.
So problem solved for now.

Welcome on board @dcbbeets, it's nice to see you around here! There are many third party apps that are not officially supported but are able to sync with the Fitbit app. Many of these integrations are not developed by our teams. The initiative to create an integration comes from the third party service itself.
This app is not listed as officially supported by Fitbit, although this does not mean the app wont work. There are many apps developed by the third party services using our open API and we don't have control over this information. So, I would recommend for any further questions to contact Menzis Support again to know how it works and under which parameters will share data with your Fitbit account.
There are other options out there that perhaps you might found interest. For more information please take a look to our supported third party gallery.
I've moved your post to the Third-Party Integrations as the topic is more related to here.
Hope this helps!
