Unable to connect to my fitness pall

Hi,

I have recently re downloaded my fitness pal and have had to set up a new account, but it will now not connect to my fitbit account because it says that you can only link one my fitness pal account, I have tried disconnecting the old account but still having no joy. Due to not knowing my logging details of my old fitness pal account I can't delete the old account. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hi, @Katie1005! I would suggest going onto your web dashboard on the Fitbit side and trying to disconnect your old account there.

It is still saying that I can only connect one fitness pal account to my fitbit, even though it says it's disconnected. Any ideas?

I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support and see if there's anything they can do, there may be something "stuck."
