Unable to link Facebook to my dashboard

I have tried to link and unlink my Facebook account many times and I still get the same message saying that Fitbit account has been connected to a different profile. When I click on the link, it does not show any facebook accounts that ha seen linked. On my Facebook aciunt it shows that the Fitbit app is there. Anybody else facing the same problem?

Thanks for stopping by @SunsetRunner! I wanted to check to see if you are trying to link your Fitbit account with Facebook by going to the Sharing page on your Dashboard and clicking on "Publish my stats"? You should go to this section:

These are the errors that pop up and I've never had a Fitbit account before so there's no way it could be linked to my Facebook before this.

This Facebook account is already linked to another Fitbit account . To unlink it, you will need to sign into that account and go to: http://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps

No. It's a different email

In my Facebook account the Fitbit app is present but when I look for it in my Fitbit dashboard, it's just not showing up in the connected app section.
