Unable to link to Strava

Struggling to get my charge hr to link to my strava. Have tried all sorts  and of course logged into both accounts to give access to no avail. All apps up to date. Any suggestions?

Hello @SoniaCant, good to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community. I wonder if you are getting any error at the moment to link your Fitbit account with Strava?

when you linked your accounts, Fitbit will share with Strava the following: 

• Exercises with GPS data recorded with Fitbit will be sent to Strava. Heart rate data will be included when it's available
• Exercises recorded with Fitbit's app or devices that do not include GPS data are NOT currently sent to Strava

In the other hand exercises on Strava will be synced to Fitbit as manually logged activities, but will not include GPS or heart rate data.

If you are not able to integrate both of your accounts try the following on your online-Dashboard:

1. Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard
2. Click the gear icon on the top right corner
3. Click "Settings"
4. Click "Applications" on the left side
5. Click "Revoke Access" under the "Fitbit + Strava" app
6. Go to https://strava.fitbit.com/ and click "Connect" and follow the rest of the prompts to finish reconnecting your Fitbit and Strava accounts

Thankyou for your advice. I have followed the steps you provided. I now hope my fitbit will link.
