I deleted my old MFP and made a new one. I have NO account linked to my Fitbit but it keeps saying there is. Any help would be great!

@Ellaiss A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I would like you to double check that there are no accounts linked to Fitbit by doing the following:

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon Settings > Applications.
  2. Click Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.

Once you've unlinked any accounts in your Fitbit profile, follow this procedure to link your new account.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I don't know if this will work for you, but I will share my recent experience.  I have a Charge 3 and use MFP daily.  In the last week, it has failed almost everyday.  It has happened it the past, but once fixed, all is smooth for several months.  So, what is currently working is to sign out of the app on my phone.  Then sign onto the MFP site on my laptop.  Unselect FitBit.  Once disconnected, I select it and link it again.  I scroll down the page that gives instructions and click on the "Get Started" button.  Then I log out.  I go back to my phone, log on to the MFP App and it's magically updated with my current step count.  Unfortunately, the past several days, when i get up in the morning, the link has failed again.  I have not seen any posts regarding a permanent  solution for this problem.  Good luck to you!
