Unable to sync 365 apps with Fitbit

I getting confused why 365 show apps connected to Fitbit but not able to sync. Can anyone help?

Hello @Iuzeng when this happens, the only steps we can suggest is to revoke access to the third party app and reconnect the third party app. 

If this doesn't work, you will need to reach out to the third party since they are the owner of this link. 

 

To revoke. 

  • Open the fitbit app
  • Tap the top left to go to the account settings. 
  • Scroll to Third Party Apps and tap 
  • Tap Manage Third Party Apps
  • Revoke Access

Thank you for the advise and follow-up with the steps.  It is shown as fitbit connected on the 365 apps but still unable to sync my activity.

You say that you revoked access and reconnected. 

This is all that fitbit can suggest, @Iuzeng your next step should be to contact 365.
