Unable to sync Zip with MyFitnesspal after following all help tips

I received a Zip yesterday and synced it with MyFitnesspal on my iPhone. The information from MyFitnesspal is syncing perfectly with the Fitbit app- everything is showing up flawlessly! However, my steps from Fitbit are not showing up on MyFitnesspal. I've tried every step that I've found in this forum; disconnecting and resyncing, uninstalling and reinstalling, going through the apps and through the websites, etc.

Can anyone provide any more tips? I was previously using my iPhone to track steps (I had no problems with that), but bought the Zip because it is less bulky. If it continues to not sync, I'm sending it back.

Sounds like you did some good research on the issue. I found a help article from MyFitnessPal about data not syncing from Fitbit that might help. Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
