Unable to sync to Philam Vitality after updating to IOS 13.1

I have a Flex 2  - Philam Vitality isn't syncing with my Fitbit data when I updated to IOS 13.1. I tried restarting, delinking, re-installing both Fitbit and Vitality apps, but to no avail. Is this a known problem? If yes, is there a solution?

Welcome to the Community @kf0623. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I haven't heard anything about these apps not syncing. I would like you to contact Philam Vitality directly and they will continue assisting you.

I also experienced thesame but Im using fitbit inspire. It can be connected to vitality weekly app but not to philam vitality app.
