Hi
My calorie intake has suddenly stopped importing from My Fitness Pal. I'm sure the sync is working as My Fitness Pal is adjusting me exercise calories throughout the day but the calorie update on Fitbit doesn't reflect correctly and has not updated since this morning. I've tried taking Fitbit of and putting it back on My Fitness Pal but that's not helped is there anything else I can try?

Allow me to help @NJ84! There will be a calorie adjusment in MFP to show you the same amount of calories in Fitbit as well. However, when you go to Fitbit just the activities that you've logged in MFP will sync; you can check this post to know what's going to sync between Fitbit and MFP.
What exactly are you seeing that's not syncing? Is your Fitbit syncing?

Some of the food I input on my fitness pal does not port over to fitbit. It happened again yesterday it synched with the calories for breakfast but not the rest of the day. It's not all the time that this happens just the occasional day but it's obviously throwing my stats etc off.

@NJ84 I'm sorry to hear that. I would like you to unlink and relink both accounts to see if this gets your accounts working properly.

@Silverbullet Thanks for stopping by! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done. Since you already unlinked and relinked both accounts but they aren't syncing please contact MyFitnessPal directly so they can take a look at your account and see why this is happening.

There seems to be a current issue, mine went down last night.

Hello everyone,
We are aware of the reports of delays with the Fitbit integration. This may look like a few different things to members, including a delay in sync of exercise and/or food, no sync of exercise and/or food, receiving an adjustment that is low (due to delay in sync), or not receiving an adjustment. Our team is currently investigating the cause and we're hoping some users will see relief from these symptoms as we continue to work through our backlog.
Please note: At this time we do not recommend unlinking and relinking the two programs. This will increase the number of requests on our servers and could further delay the resolution for our members.

Hi, I tried this and it worked for awhile but now it won't sync again. I have already unlinked the accounts and linked it back up again.

@NJ84 I've moved your post to this thread, because @kanerz mentioned that she contacted MyFitnessPal and currently there seems to be an issue with the integration.
