Ok, so I don't know what's changed, I've used a fitbit and sparkpeople for a while but now my calories burned have gone up quite a bit. Sparkpeople adds the calories I burn from exercise to how much I can eat (not the total including my BMR). It used to be anywhere from 300-1000 depending on whether I was lazy or did a hard workout. But lately it's been high even without active minutes. For example, all I did today was work (9 hours, factory job, 7k steps) and it says I burned 1200 calories from exercise (2893 overall). This is messing up my tracking because I keep getting a warning about not taking in enough calories. I don't know if there is something I need to change on SparkPeople or on here to fix this. Anyone had a similar issue?

Welcome @Blondy01. It's great to see you around. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't obtaining accurate readings of your calories burned lately. If you haven't done it already, please revoke the access between Fitbit and SparkPeople. Then, link your accounts once again. Hope this helps.
Thanks for stopping by, see you around.
