@Michael_113 Welcome to the Community! This is one way application. Which means that Fitbit will be the one that's going to sync steps, calories, sleep and weight. You can learn more about this integration here.
Currently, it's not possible to sync heart rate to Runkeeper. You may want to vote for this idea Allow third-parties to access live heart rate data because those suggestions are viewed by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote for them.
Hope this helps!

My steps, sleeps, calories are synced to my runkeeper account. Thought it would do the same with my activities eg running but that's not the case. How can I ensure my acivities tracked in fitbit are also synced with runkeeper, automatically or manually?
Thx for your help!

Welcome to the Community @LaurenceDN and @Deearmo! You can link Fitbit with Runkeeper. However, as mentioned before Fitbit will sync just calories and sleep to Runkeeper.
If you would like to improve this integration, you may want to vote for this idea Runkeeper/Fitbit or post your own if it's not exactly what you expect from this integration.
Hope this helps.
