For several weeks now, my FitBit has not been syncing with Strava.
The problem could be in FitBit, the problem could be in Strava.
What is certainly true is that FitBit Support/the greater Google corporation has no interest _whatsoever_ in getting to the bottom of this issue despite the fact that it is affecting multiple users.
FitBit claims - without any evidence - that this is a problem that is entirely and without question an issue for which Strava is soley and wholly responsible.
We know there is no evidence because FitBit does not offer any. If it could link to a page on the Strava site that said - a recent change to the Strava API has resulted in failure of the FitBit -> Strava sync, that would be one thing.
But this is not what a mutli-billion dollar corporation does. All they say, in effect, is "progress your complaint with the other party dear peasant, we have no interest whatsoever in determining root cause You, dear peasant, are a mere consumer and will never deign to exercise our channels of technical communication with other large corporations on your behalf, the best we can do is tell you do go away and close this ticket".
That's the zero effort, zero care approach.
I thought you were better than this, Google, but apparently you are not.
