Hi,
ive just started to use a versa 2 and can’t sync my indoor workouts to Strava. Is this a common issue with Fitbit and can it be fixed?

Hi @Markwil, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to learn more about how to sync your Versa 2 information to your Strava account on our help article: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? and let me know if the issue persists.
I'll be around. Don't hesitate to ask me any additional questions you may have.

Hi @Markwil for exercises to be sent to Strava, they need to be recorded with gps and gps will not work indoors. Especially when the wearer isn't moving.

@Markwil it's made like that by design. I don't think Fitbit considers it as an issue. It simply works like that on the Fitbit platform - syncing is available only for a subset of GPS-enabled activities. It has been like that for many years and I don't think it will change anytime soon. Strava is able to sync non-GPS workouts (I've been doing it with other watches with no problem). Why Fitbit designed the Strava integration this way? I don't know but certainly, it isn't a bug, just a poorly designed feature.
