So basically just bought the versa 4 so it can connect to my gym app, all was great then all of a sudden the versa 4 is disconnecting from the app and when it is connected the app isn't picking up my steps etc! Is this a known issue or is anyone else experiencing this? There no update due on my fitbit as its just new.

Hi @RachelH1984 your gym app connects to the Fitbit Cloud service, not the app, not the tracker.
We are only able to recommend one option.
Through the fitbit app. Account. Third Party Apps. Manage Third Party Apps.
Revoke access to the Gym App.
Then set it up again.
If this fails you will have to contact the author of the gym app.
