Versa 4 is not syncing with Strava

I have been using a Fitbit Versa for years, I am using the Versa 4 and this watch is not syncing with Strava. I have gone through all the GPS settings, connected with strava.fitbit.com and am still unable to track exercise on Strava.  I am about to give up on the Fitbit watch as this is super frustrating.  Any suggestions to fix the issue?
