My Versa Lite is not syncing Data with the Weightwatcher app anymore. When I try to delete my Versa from the WW app I get the notification: “oops something went wrong. Try again. Of course it doesn’t work when I try again.
Has anyone an idea how to fix this??
I can’t delete the Fitbit connection and reinstall it before deleting my Versa…🙄

Hello @Tunes2901 this link is handled by WW and syncs with your fitbit account.
From fitbit's side, we can suggest revolving access to your WW account. This can be done through the fitbit app.
Then through WW link the two accounts up. If this doesn't work, you will need to contact WW.
To revoke access.
