Hi.
ive got a Fitbit Veras which I’ve had since jan 2019. Previously I’ve had a blaze and a charge. I use myfitnesspal but it won’t sync my steps or exercise on the app since I’ve swapped devices. It says that it’s linked to a Fitbit device but it’s one of my older ones. How can I get it to recognise the versa instead? Thanks

Did you try removing your old trackers from your account?

my fitness pal does not link up to the users tracker, but links to the users Fitbit account.. Your tracker model is mute.
When you go to the list of applications.. Does MFP show as being connected to fitbit?

But that doesn't tell us if Fitbit says that it is connected.
The only option we have on this end is to disconnect MFP abs then reconnect.
If this fails you will need to talk to MFP, they are responsible for their connection.

I'm not sure where on the dashboard that MFP will show as being connected, but if a user goes to there settings they will see a list of currently connected apps
I'm moving this thread to the third party app interface board.
