The clip on my Charge HR has broke off and now cannot get to stay on long enough to charge. Do lthe replacement charge and clip work?

About the broken clip I would like to know more since I'm curios of the broken clip. What are you referring with this? Are you unable to plug the charging cable due to the back of the tracker is broken?
