The clip on my Charge HR has broke off and now cannot get to stay on long enough to charge. Do lthe replacement charge and clip work?

Hello @Mimi4851, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community. If the new version of the Fitbit app is causing issues with your Bluetooth please restart the app. For this, the following post will guide you through.

 

About the broken clip I would like to know more since I'm curios of the broken clip. What are you referring with this? Are you unable to plug the charging cable due to the back of the tracker is broken?
