Virgin Plus & Fitbit Charge 3

I've tried to sync my FB with Virgin Plus which is now the 3rd party my company is using for wellness.

I show that I'm connected to it on my Fitbit site and the Virgin Plus site but no syncing.  Virgin Plus gave me directions to try including revoking access and trying to hook it up again.  No luck.  I get an error code.  I couldn't find an answer on here that helped me.
