Your ionic is not supposed to update to Virgin pulse @Kenmalone40.

Virgin pulse connects to your Fitbit account and retrieves your data.

Last week Virgin pulse was working with Fitbit to get this issue resolved.

@Kenmalone40 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing the experience you have had with the Virgin Plus App Integration.

 

In this case, please try revoking the access from the Virgin Plus app. Then, try pairing both once again and check if it will update.

 

If after doing this it will still not update, please contact Virgin Plus for further assistance.
