Virgin pulse app not syncing

My charge 2 has stopped syncing with my virgin pulse app. It will not stay connected to my Bluetooth I have restarted deleted the app and reinstalled multiple times. This just started a few days ago

Welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community @LillurI would like you to contact Virgin Pulse to ask them about the link to get the apps sync because it seems to be a Corporate wellness partner and is not a regular third party integration.
