Asked WW customer service and they say its fitbit. However my ipad shows steps activity okay in WW but not
on my pc Windows10. This just started today as steps were showing up just fine under activity previous.
I have rebooted, logged out & reconnected etc etc both apps but still just showing minutes. Anyone have this problem and did it clear up on its own? I can just use my ipad & dashboard of course but now its become personal and I would like to find a solution. 😉

Thank you Silvia. Its really frustrating more than anything.

Sorry for delay. WW has been notified but they say its a fitbit problem. I was going to send them a screen shot of the problem but they don't supply an email. 😞
They say to phone but that is not possible for me.
Thanks for quick response though. Now my added problem is Windows 10 LOL and can't get my charge 2 to synchronize without a lot of work. Think I am just about ready to give up on this.

I appreciate that you mentioned you contacted WW, if you have the opportunity to phone them, please do so.
Regarding your Charge 2 not syncing, please try the tips mentioned in this article. Could you tell me which phone do you have?

I am not able to phone. However with latest update & then another update to fix that update my iphone6s and my ipad finally synced. That seemed to help with my pc Windows 10 sync as well.
Then they finally synced with WW app. However I did have to uninstall everyone from everything then reinstall to get this to work. The only thing that won't change is WW on my pc wont show steps just minutes.
However steps do show on the iphone/pad app so I've just accepted that as a given. Seems others have the same problem. Thanks for responding.

In this case, I would like you to contact Weight Watchers directly and they will continue assisting you regarding WW on your PC and that it won't show steps.

Thanks again. However as I have stated I cannot phone and they won't provide email. Have tried chat numerous times.
As I can use my ipad & my fitbit dashboard I will just have to forget about the other. Maybe someone will get hold of them and get it corrected.

My Weight Watchers started showing just FitBit minutes instead of steps several weeks ago.. I have tried everything with no success.

I appreciate the details mentioned. Fitbit will sync steps, distance and calories to Weight Watchers and Weight Watchers won't sync anything to Fitbit. Since you mentioned that the data showing is just minutes, please contact them directly for further assistance.

I am having the same problem that just started. On my Weight Watchers app the Fitbit steps show properly as steps, but on the Weight Watchers desktop browser they show as minutes. Did anyone find a solution to this? It's really irritating.

I sent them an email to ask. Just sent it last week but haven't heard back yet but that could be because of the holidays.
Hopefully get an answer or preferably a fix soon.

Just an update for everyone as I have heard back from WWs on this issue.
The rep I emailed replied she was having same problem so it has been forwarded to appropriate
dept. Hopefully they can fix this.
She said she will let me know so will forward that on here as well. If you are having same problem please call them or email.
