Walkfit - Permission Issue?

Hello! 

 

I just got a Charge 5 (July 2, 2024) and went to sync it with Walkfit. I got to the part where you give it permission. I click "allow all", then click allow/continue, and the page loads... And nothing happens. I've tried this several times and it does the same thing. Any help/ideas? I don't get any notifications/denial or approval. Just literally nothing happens. I've never had this happen before.

Hello @Mei- and welcome to the Community.  I don't use Walkfit, but know how apps like it link to Fitbit.  I looked at your public profile and see that you are a long time Fitbit user.  Were you using Walkfit before you bought the new Fitbit?  Apps like Walkfit link to you Fitbit account and it shouldn't matter that you changed Fitbits.  Are you already linked?

Connections between Fitbit and Walkfit are managed on the Walkfit side, not the Fitbit side.  You need to look for a Walkfit Support page if you continue to have issues.

I moved your post to the Third Party Integration forum, a better fit for your issue.
