So, I have tried everything. The app for my smart scale is Feelfit. It used to update my weight automatically when I weigh myself to my Fitbit app. It hasn't been doing that the last week. I have revoked permissions, unlinked on both sides (feelfit and fitbit) and reconnected, I have tried to get the data into fitbit by downloading Health Sync and having the app pull the weight data from Google Fit to Fitbit (since it does actually update from Feelfit to Google Fit and Feelfit isn't one of the apps available for direct sync in Health Sync). Nothing has worked. Please give me some advice here.
It isn't an issue on the side of Feelfit, obviously. Feelfit is syncing to Health Connect and in the Health connect portion of the Fitbit app, I can see the weight there, but it isn't showing in my main "today" dashboard and I don't want to allow Health connect to update my dashboard, because then I can't choose what is updated and what is not. (I ONLY want weight)
Much appreciated

I might have been a bit impatient. 😄
I restarted my watch and also my phone and that fixed it.
I do have to manually have Health Sync do the syncing sometimes - which means just opening the app so it runs a new sync, but this is probably because my phone is on battery saver mode, which can restrict apps from doing things in the background.
