I'm so glad to see that many of you are very excited for the Weight Watchers integration with Fitbit. For those users who are still wondering how to link both Fitbit account and the WW, please visit this article that explains how to link the two accounts. If any of you have questions or start experiencing syncing issues between both accounts (activity points not recording or not being received for example), please contact directly to Weight Watchers as they are the ones managing these points and connection issues. @sassyn89178 I don't want to take credit, you did a wonderful job explaining how to link both accounts but I just wanted to resolve this situation by explaining that WW is in charge of those syncing issues (active points not registering or not connecting) ![]()
