WeightWatchers Mobile App double counting Fit Points & Adding Activity pts

I have synched my Fitbit with my WW app and I am not tracking my phone on the WW app. Therefore the calories I am eating are not being logged on the fit bit and it is just say 0 calories eaten. Does that mean that my fit point reading is not accurate. The only exercise I do Is walking and my fit points seem really high. Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello @Katella, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community.

How are you logging your calories? Are you logging this though any other third party app or directly on your Fitbit account? Note that only calories, distance and steps logged on your Fitbit account will be transferred to your WW account and converted into points.

For more help with point convention please approach to WW support:

  1. US or Canada: 1-800-651-6000 or http://www.weightwatchers.com/help/contactus.aspx.
  2. UK: 0345 3451500 or at uk.help@weightwatchers.co.uk.

See you around and let me know if you have more questions.
