WeightWatchers not showing up on my connected applications

Today I joined WeightWatchers and connected my Fitbit via the WeightWatchers app.  All is fine but the WeightWatchrs is not showing on the list of my connected apps.  I have disconnected and reconnected via WeightWatchers but to no avail.  I have also logged in and out of both apps but still nothing.

 

Should this not be showing straight away and has anybody else had these issues too?

Tried and tried again with WeightWatchers and this now got sorted.  Thank goodness for that!!!  Smiley Very Happy

Hello @StephyCara, it's nice to see you again. I'm glad to hear you were able to sorted out! I'm sorry you have gone though this hiccup to enjoy of both of your accounts but the best part is all is working now.

I'm having the same problem finding my WW via the FitBit.  I was using myfitnesspal with my other device and have now disconnected from that, but WW is still not being seen.  Any suggestions?  Thanks, Alison
