What exercise data does Fitbit sync to Strava?

Does anyone know what exercise data is sync to Strava? I'm keen to understand how Strava calculates its exercise summaries from Fitbit data. Thanks!

@tecishere It's nice to see you on the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

Fitbit will sync any activity recorded with GPS on Fitbit and Strava will sync any GPS activity recorded with the Strava account. Please follow the tips on this article to link both accounts.
