Why can't I sync my charge three on my Android to my weight watchers app?

Weight Watchers will not sync with you Charge 3, but, unless WW made changes. It should sync with your fitbit account. 

 

Do you have the two accounts connected? 

On the Fitbit App - Tap top left - Third Party Apps - Manage Apps. 

I would also go on WW and see if they say that they are connected to Fitbit. 

 

Only 2 things we can suggest @marypoppins5386 

  • Revoke access to WW and setup the link again 
  • Contact WW and ask them what might be wrong.
