I have found recently that the two programs are not syncing that well, especially when using the iPhone app versions of both. What works for me (but is a little bit of a pain in the a**) is to sync my Fitbit via the USB dongle and go to my Fitbit dashboard. Once that has sync I go to MFP on my computer browser and it syncs the calorie adjustment everytime (so far - been doing this the past month or so). Hope this helps. Hopefully they will fix whatever glitch there is between the two iPhone apps so it will be more seamless.
