My Fitness Pal app isn’t on my phone. I use Strava to log my bike rides and walks etc. So why does a log always appear from My fitness pal? I end up with my exercises being duplicated?

Hi @Montydog27. It's nice to see you around the Community.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and I'm sorry that your exercises are getting duplicated. It seems your Fitbit account got linked to MyFitnessPal accidentally and I'd recommend the following steps to disconnect them:
- Open the Fitbit app on your phone and tap your profile picture.
- Scroll down and tap Manage Data under Privacy and Security.
- Tap Manage 3rd Party Apps.
- Log in to your account if requested.
- Look for MyFitnessPal and tap Revoke Access.
By the way, I've moved your post to the Third Party Integrations board so you can have more chances to receive help from the Community.

When I tap on my profile there is no Manage data & security? Just my friends, personal groups etc.

Thanks for your efforts in trying the suggestions from my post. Let me share that some settings have been changed in the last Fitbit app update, so please give a try to these other steps:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
- Scroll down and tap on Third Party Apps.
- Tap Manage 3rd Party Apps.
- Log in to your account if requested.
- Look for MyFitnessPal and tap Revoke Access.
