Can you clarify "the health app"?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @Molly1949 the FAQ has more info on syncing with Third Party Apps 

Generally you would connect Fitbit to the other app from their app or web page. 

You may find your app listed on known apps that work with Fitbit. 

I would use Google with "Fitbit" and the name of the other app. 

I do agree with @JohnnyRow in that when asking about a specific app, it is helpful to include the name of the app
