For the past couple of days my Win 8 Metro app has been reporting incorrectly. The data is right, however the app doesn't acknowledge which type of Fitbit I'm using (a flex) and says the last sync was 735333 days ago.
Hu?
I did just change time zones around the time this started occuring. Are these things linked?

I appreciate the picture that you attached. I would like you to force quit your app.
If after force quitting the app, your information is not showing properly, please answer the following: Is your Flex syncing with your Dashboard? Are you able to see your data in the online Dashboard? Are you logging into the correct account?
