Yeh, I have it linked to the scales.  Was hoping Withings would pull the steps from FitBit rather than iPhone.

Thanks for the replies. 🙂

Withings will send data to whichever app it is connected to. Use the Withings Connections Wizard to connect Withings with your Fitbit account. This way your recent weight from Withings is automatically updated and added to your Fitbit profile - and used by your tracker when syncing it to your Fitbit Account Smiley Happy

@SunsetRunner You cannot directly connect your tracker to the Withings app. The best you can do is link the accounts as the other poster mentioned. However, I believe the only data you will see in your Fitbit account is weigh-ins from a Withings scale.

This is not letting me connect the two accounts. I keep getting the below

"Unable to authenticate Withings user. Withings server returned the following error: The userid and publickey do not match, or the user does not share its data."

Did you ever get this resolved? I am getting the same error trying to use the Withings Connection Wizard and I have verified that I'm using the correct login.

That's disappointing. I haven't been able to find anything in other discussion boards to help, either.

FYI, I decided to use IFTTT to set up the connection instead and it works perfectly.

FYI, I just followed these instructions that I received from Fitbit Support and the connection wizard is now working for me:

Please try clearing your browser's cache. Directions on how to clear your cache on a variety of browsers can be found here:http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.

After clearing your browser's cache, please opend two different Chrome windows, log in to your Fitbit account in one of the Chrome's and log in to your Withings account in the other. Try to link the accounts, this way you'll received a different message by doing this, this way your accounts will be linked.
