I still can't get my new Withings Body+ Scale to sync to FitBit.  Has anyone gotten this to work yet?

Welcome to the Forums @Vtmoomoo.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue. Please know that we're aware of this situation, as is Withings. At this moment we do not have any updates on the matter.

As a workaround, you could try connecting the two through IFTTT. Click here to read more about it.,

Please let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you in the meantime.

Hi there -- same story here. Ironically I *just* bought and synched a new Charge 3 last night (having had the original, then a Charge HR, then defecting temporarily to Apple, now back to the Fitbit Fold), and am finding that this previously-beloved feature doesn't work. Withings and Fitbit have been linked for me since 2015, but now the first day of a new device lacks key data point! Bit of a letdown, what?

Appreciate that you can't work magic, but hope Fitbit + Withings address this ASAP. (Accounts are now linked through IFTTT as a belt-and-suspenders approach, but this morning's weight data still not showing up on Fitbit app. Just FYI that IFTTT is not a guaranteed solution.)

Still love Fitbit, just a (fit) bit disappointed.

This has been an issue for three months according to other posts on here. My aria scale was a disappointment and stopped properly syncing after 3 months and ate through sets of batteries a month. I was hoping a new scale will solve the issue as I've been with Fitbit for 6.5 years and liked their products. Their customer service and products have been declining and this is my last straw. I need an integrated solution and a company that cares I bought their product.
